Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams. Drive continuous improvement and system reliability initiatives. Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of onboard systems. Manage system documentation, compliance, and technical reporting. Support vendor and stakeholder engagement to ensure project outcomes. Contribute to innovation and technology road maps within the rail systems space. Profile A successful Specialist On-board Systems Engineer should have: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Systems, or related Engineering. Proven experience in on-board rail or transport systems engineering. Strong understanding of control, communication, and safety systems. Ability to manage integration of complex hardware/software solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capability.
