About the Role: The Human Resources Graduate plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources team to deliver exceptional service and employee experience across the business. The role will be responsible for: Supporting the administration of Human Resources activities across the employee lifecycle Supporting the delivery of a seamless recruitment and onboarding process Supporting the coordination of training and development programs Coordinating compliance activities Ensuring accurate capture of employee data in the HRIS and Payroll systems Assisting with the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities Conducting monthly HR reporting and analysis and provide data insights What We’re Looking For: Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline Previous experience in an administration role or compliance role would be highly desirable Strong customer service focus with the ability to engage positively with stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills Sound judgement and decision making skills with a keen eye for detail Willingness to learn and develop proficiency as an HRIS superuser Applications close on Wednesday 27 August 2025, however we do reserve the right to interview candidates earlier if we find the right applications.
