Job Description The Sales Executive is responsible for maximising total revenue for the hotel across the Conference & Events market segments, with a strong focus on new business acquisition. You will build and maintain strong relationships with conference bookers, ensuring every event exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming event leads professionally through all channels. Provide detailed conference and events proposals covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximized. Coordinate and host familiarisation and site inspections. Assist in coordinating sales forecasts and provide suggestions on strategies to achieve targets. Update and maintain accurate account profiles in the database systems. Prepare and deliver event information to event coordinators, ensuring accuracy of information. Ensure success in delivering customer events to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
