The Strategic Policy Division leads governance for cross-directorate and Whole of Government programs of work and works in collaboration with the community sector. The division is responsible for strategy and reforms related to children, young people and families; multicultural affairs; veterans; seniors; women; housing and homelessness; disability; Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander affairs and human service system reform, including through commissioning. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to play a key role in supporting two executives: the Executive Branch Manager, Commissioning, Policy and Service Design, and the Executive Branch Manager, Housing and Inclusive Policy. The successful candidate will provide administrative and support to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Executives’ offices and their respective branches. The role requires a self-motivated, detail-orientated person with strong time management and effective organisational skills, who can think laterally, work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
