About the Role This is a full-time position based in Launceston, with regular travel to Devonport and Hobart. You'll support 230 staff (and growing) across multiple sites, focusing on employee relations, industrial relations, and workforce engagement. Top-tier IR issues are managed externally via trusted legal and consulting partners – your focus is proactive problem-solving and positive team culture.
