About the Position As a pedagogical leader, the Head of Department – English will: Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of innovative teaching programs aligned with the strategic goals of the School. Expertise in English content and pedagogy, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Collaborative engagement with teaching teams and learning specialists to support diverse learning needs. Excellence in planning and evaluating educational programs that support holistic student growth. A proactive and professional approach to parent and carer engagement.
