We're currently seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead and support our thriving Parts Department at the Emerald Business Centre . This is a full-time permanent role , working Monday to Friday, managing a dedicated Parts Team and reporting to the Operations Manager. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced parts team—supervising both our warehouse stores team and front counter staff. As the Parts Supervisor you will: Manage the day to day activities of a busy parts and stores team including front of office and warehouse operations Provide daily metric updates and review of data for key indicators including parts OITF and output Provide high level supervisory and leadership to a diverse team Strong direction and clear communication of safety initiatives to drive an engaged safety culture Work collaboratively with Operations Manager and actively engage with key stakeholders Why Hastings Deering?
