Executive Talent Team – Talent Advisor (Grade 7/8) Location: Sydney, McKell Building Haymarket Employment Type: Temporary – up to 31 August 2026. Salary: $113,574 - $125,720 plus superannuation 12-month temporary opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Advisor to join our Executive Talent Team. This role is a fantastic chance to gain exposure to executive-level recruitment and work closely with our senior leadership cohort across the Department. About the Role As a Talent Advisor, you’ll play a vital part in coordinating the delivery of quality briefing notes and supporting senior advisors in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for executive-level roles Drafting briefing notes and coordinating key communications Assisting in the planning and coordination of recruitment activities and stakeholder engagement Managing recruitment records and reports using systems such as e-Approvals, TRIM, SharePoint, and SAP Handling candidate communications, interview scheduling, and job advertisements Supporting onboarding processes and reference checks Who We’re Looking For You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic team environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence.
