Short-term assignment – Property Management support needed to cover annual leave for 2–3 months with an immediate start . About the Role You’ll be assisting with a tidy, well-structured portfolio which operates within a two-person ‘pod’ , managing a portfolio of 270 residential properties . The work is based in the local area and involves a mix of hands-on management, leasing, and administration, supported by clear processes, strong guidance and teamwork along the way. Your focus will be maintaining excellent relationships with owners and tenants while delivering high-quality service. Key Duties Advertising new listings Conducting open inspections & private viewings Managing a portfolio of 60–80 residential properties Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals PCRs and routine inspections Coordinating repairs and maintenance Managing rental arrears Skills & Experience Prior Property Management experience is essential Proficient with PropertyMe software Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service mindset and high attention-to-detail Effective at negotiation and resolving issues Why Temp with Us?
