About the Role: As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll oversee daily front-of-house operations in the hotel's signature restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained. You'll lead and mentor the service team, coordinate with the kitchen, manage bookings, oversee floor operations, and handle guest feedback with professionalism.
