About the Role This role is central to the financial operations and wider business strategy. You will work closely with the General Manager and liaise regularly with the Head of Finance in France, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the board. In this versatile role, you'll handle everything from monthly reporting and budgeting to payroll, inventory control, and KPI management. We're looking for someone who is not only financially skilled but also ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute across the business as needed. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting •Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) •Lead quarterly financial reviews aligned with budgets and forecasts •Partner with global finance counterparts to maintain consistency and compliance. •Process payroll and meet all compliance obligations •Provide budgeting support and financial insights to staff and leadership External Reporting & Compliance •Prepare and file tax and statutory reports •Ensure full compliance with legal and financial requirements KPI & Strategic Support •Support development and reporting of key business KPIs •Contribute to strategic planning and financial goal alignment What You'll Bring •A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field •5 years' experience in finance/administration, ideally with managerial responsibilities •Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning •Familiarity with systems like Navision, Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office suite •Experience with inventory and payroll systems is a bonus •Exposure to international or group reporting structures is desirable •A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to assist beyond core finance tasks If you're looking for a broad and rewarding finance leadership role with room to grow and shape the future of a thriving business, we'd love to hear from you.
