We are seeking a dynamic Growth & Retention Manager to drive key initiatives focused on enhancing customer value and achieving strategic business outcomes across the APAC region. What you’ll be doing: Champion and lead the execution of customer retention and expansion strategies, including vital cross-sell and upsell programs. Collaborate closely with BPO teams, empowering them to deliver effective and scalable customer operations. Own or co-own critical customer-facing programs, from monitoring performance and analysing key data to implementing adjustments that enhance their impact. Use a data and insights-driven approach to continuously improve existing initiatives to achieve retention and monetisation targets. Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with local sales, lifecycle marketing, and assisted services teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution. What you’ll bring: Proven experience managing 1:many customer success or retention programs at scale, ideally within SaaS, Telco, or service-based industries. Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Experience working effectively with or alongside outsourced teams (BPOs) and influencing global and local stakeholders across time zones. Strong familiarity with customer analytics and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. Proficiency with business intelligence tools like Tableau. An operational mindset with the ability to independently execute, iterate, and drive programs forward with minimal oversight.
