In this rewarding role, you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting young people experiencing complex and severe mental health concerns , including psychosis, major depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and personality disorders. Working within a recovery-oriented, youth-friendly model of care , you will provide tailored therapeutic interventions and case management. The role also includes outreach and crisis response, where required. You’ll collaborate closely with families, peers, AOD specialists, medical staff, and community services to deliver meaningful, youth-centered support.
