Locum Life Recruitment is working with public hospitals in need of urgent locum Emergency GP VMO or Senior Medical Officer cover. The hospital is located in Quirindi NSW 2343 . All travel and accommodation that is required will be provided by the hospital. The daily rate being paid is $2400. Dates: Ongoing Shift: 0800 - 0800 About the Role: You will be rostered to work as a sole doctor in ED and may also work as an "in-charge" doctor if experience permits. You will participate in ward rounds, admissions, and discharge of ED patients. In some cases, you may be asked to take part in delivering out-patient clinics during business hours. The GP VMO will participate in the on-call roster. You will also take part in the supervision of junior medical staff in the emergency department and will be the sole doctor on-site after hours where required.
