Position Overview: We're seeking a junior SolidWorks Draftsperson to join our dynamic team in Tullamarine. This role is pivotal in supporting our project and engineering departments by creating assemblies from pre existing component models and generating 2D drawing for manufacturing. Responsibilities : Utilize pre-existing models to create assemblies and generate corresponding 2D drawings. Ensure all designs adhere to company standards and project requirements. make configuration changes Manage and maintain design documentation and records. Requirements: Must have industry experience as a draftsperson and have worked with Solidworks (a Solidworks test will be part of the recruitment process). Experience with Solidworks Vault highly regarded A conscientious professional who takes pride in delivering precise and thorough work. An individual who values structure, accuracy, and consistency in all tasks. A team player who contributes positively to a collaborative work environment. An individual who is not afraid to make mistakes or ask questions to learn and grow in the role 3D modelling, prototyping or product design are outside the scope of this position and junior engineers looking for an entry level role to progress their engineering career need not apply.
