As a Change Manager, you r initial assignment will be required to support the People Home Tribe , an inflight Enterprise-wide strategic initiative that will make a genuine positive impression on the daily lives of our employees and leaders by building a modern HR function for our Australian and New Zealand businesses. Working under the Suncorp Momentum delivery model (scaled A gile), this role will join an already established Change Management team in the People Home Tribe and support organisational change management activities required for the new Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, new Payroll and Time & Labour platforms, including integrations downstream to support Suncorp internal platforms. The Change Manager should have Financial Services experience in regulated environments, preferably Insurance, and be committed to outstanding customer experiences. They are skilled in both Agile and traditional project delivery, with strengths in initiating change, senior stakeholder engagement, and coaching to embed changes effectively. Innovation and resilience are essential for managing uncertainty and competing priorities. Experience in creating engaging communication for major technology or transformation projects and understanding end-to-end systems is highly valued. You will join an Enterprise Change team made up of supportive and highly experienced Change practitioners and leaders who care about our team’s development and wellbeing. You will also be part of a wider Enterprise Change Management Community of Practice where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing. What you’ll do: Utilise existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools to devise and execute ‘fit-for-purpose’ change, learning and communications plans . Design, manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or S quads (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.) to support a variety of medium to large scale initiatives across the Suncorp Group. Be hands on with the design, development, and implementation of change management deliverables . Hands on coaching and ongoing support for business SMEs within Agile squads to ensure the successful delivery of change activities and artefacts . Integrate change activities across learning and communication deliverables to drive meaningful change outcomes that facilitate smooth adoption and amplify overall buy-in. About you: 5 years project and people engagement related change management experience – Mandatory; experience with Agile preferable Proven experience to deliver Change, Communications and Learning activities for large-scale transformation or technology initiatives . Highly desirable is experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Payroll and Time & Labour Management (TLM) Experience in understanding how changes impact an end-to-end system of work or value chain is also highly desirable Confident in your ability to work autonomously with a strong understanding of what Change activities are required through each stage of a project Experience working closely with Technology teams with the ability to understand technical concepts, and translate into easily understood business language Able to utilise the Change Management Framework and templates and apply them as required Excellent communication (written & verbal), collaboration, and project management skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, and ambiguous change-driven environment If this opportunity sounds like the challenge you have been looking for, please apply online today.
