Job Description About the Position: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic customer service superstar to join the Shire of Broome in the role of Customer Service Officer. To provide a consistently high level of customer service as the Shire’s first point of contact with external and internal customers taking into consideration the Shire of Broome’s Mission and Values, Code of Conduct and Customer Service Charter. Standard working hours Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm Rostered Day Off accruals. About You: Our ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service skills including the ability to deal with agitated and/or difficult customers, great interpersonal and communication both written and verbal skills. Proven ability to work under pressure, use initiative and be well organized. Great attention to detail and enjoy working in small teams.
