This is a newly created, executive-level opportunity within a growing national refrigeration and air conditioning company. As the organisation continues its expansion across ANZ, it seeks a strategic, people-focused Head of IT to lead technology transformation with a focus on ERP systems and business innovation. You’ll report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of the technology function — with an emphasis on building a high-performing team , modernising ERP capabilities, and driving a culture of continuous improvement . Whether or not you’ve previously held a Head of IT or CTO title, this is an ideal role for a senior leader with a strong ERP and people leadership background ready to shape enterprise-wide digital outcomes. Structured onboarding support is in place to set you up for success. What You’ll Do Lead the development and execution of the company’s ERP and technology strategy , aligned with commercial and operational goals. Build, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team of ~10 focused on delivery, support, and team development . Partner with the executive team to deliver end-to-end business transformation projects across finance, supply chain, and field operations. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in systems, processes, and service delivery. Ensure the scalability, performance, and usability of business platforms and integrations. What You Bring 5 years in senior technology leadership roles, with proven experience managing and developing people. A background in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and their business impact. Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, people-centric teams . Track record of delivering technology strategies that enable business transformation and innovation . Strong commercial acumen and experience influencing stakeholders at C-suite level.
