Position We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional for a temporary 3–6 month assignment. This role reports directly to the CFO and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by supporting the budgeting processes. In this hands-on role, you will: Support budgeting processes across the business. Work closely with a small, collaborative finance team of four. Use various IT systems — prior experience across different finance or ERP tools is sufficient (no specific system required). Partner with managers and stakeholders across the hospital, demonstrating strong communication skills and a proactive approach. Leverage your proven background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to deliver high-quality outcomes. Be adaptable, flexible, and able to work with different systems and processes Profile CA/CPA/CIMA qualified finance professional Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Positive attitude and proactive approach Highly committed and reliable team player 3–6 month contract with the potential to extend.
