Duties and responsibilities include : Customer Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth transition and understand how to utilise XBert effectively and realise value quickly. Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex cases when necessary Customer Engagement & Retention: Proactively engage with customers to provide insights, best practices, and guidance to optimise their use of XBert. Product Advocacy & Feedback: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and development teams to enhance the platform and user experience. Account Health Monitoring: Take a data led approach to tracking customer usage and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities to improve retention and prevent churn. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities and provide customer success insights for marketing initiatives. To be considered you'll need a level of skill commensurate with a relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification and at least one year of relevant post qualification employment experience OR at least five years of relevant employment experience. Requirements : Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or support role (preferably within SaaS or Accounting tech). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. An analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Experience with CRM and customer support tools (HubSpot and Intercom). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for technology and AI-driven solutions.
