The Opportunity We’re looking for an inspiring Centre Director to lead our Erskineville centre , catering for 83 children across three purpose-built rooms. You’ll work alongside a passionate team, delivering exceptional programs in a supportive and engaging environment that truly makes a difference. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of educators, encouraging professional growth and collaboration. Manage daily operations, budgets, and resources while maintaining compliance and high-quality standards. Design and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs that ignite children’s curiosity. Ensure a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Build strong connections with families and the local community, promoting our values and vision. What You’ll Bring Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). Experience managing a centre with at least 50 licensed places, plus a minimum of 2 years as a Centre Director in early childhood. Current paid Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR, and a National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months). Strong knowledge of childcare regulations, compliance standards, and the National Quality Standards. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
