About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP Business Analyst to provide functional user support, backlog resolution, and capability uplift following our client's recent implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting users across Procurement, and Supply Chain functions by helping them navigate new business processes, and resolve transitional system or process issues. This is a hands-on role involving operational optimisation, training delivery, and collaboration with regional and warehouse teams to embed system usage and improve user confidence. Key Responsibilities Provide post-go-live SAP functional support across Procurement and Supply Chain areas. Collaborate with warehouse and regional stakeholders to streamline supply chain operations. Identify process inefficiencies and training gaps across the procurement lifecycle and propose improvement initiatives. Work closely with business users and SAP support teams to resolve backlog items and system issues. Deliver targeted user training and capability uplift activities to ensure consistent understanding of SAP Public Cloud processes. Assist with documentation, and ongoing process adoption. Comfortable travelling to regional operational sites and warehouses to provide on-the-ground support. Support change management activities by embedding best practices and aligning business processes with system design. Promote operational excellence by ensuring users can effectively manage procurement, inventory, and budget-related transactions in SAP. Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a SAP Business Analyst with expertise in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse. Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments, particularly post-implementation or hypercare phases. Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM, P2P processes and Hub and spoke warehouse model. Confident running workshops, delivering training, and supporting end users with hands-on issue resolution. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Willingness and ability to travel to regional sites within Victoria to support distributed teams.
