In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical cleaning service, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and machinery owned by BIC Consolidated across our many worksites. This role is a permanent, full-time position based in Melbourne, supporting our operations region across Victoria. Please note this position will be predominantly working after hours and based on a rotating schedule. You will be responsible for these key areas: Working closely with the wider Operations teams, you will be responsible for planning repairs, maintenance needs and checks, these duties include but are not limited to: Use of machinery Hard/Soft Floor Maintenance, including scrubbing and buffing Window Cleaning Steam cleaning of soft furnishings and upholstery Carpet cleaning and spot treatment Pressure washing of external surfaces and building facades Emergency after-hours jobs as needed Biohazard cleaning and water extraction response Assist with staff training on the use of machines as needed Ensure compliance with all OH&S and chemical handling regulations Maintain accurate service records and follow safety procedures
