Job Description As Night Duty Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and creating a safe, sound and exceptional guest journey from night until morning. Your Primary duties & responsibilities include: Manager on duty for the hotel, including check-ins, check outs and guest enquiries Perform night audit functions, ensuring proper balancing of hotel revenues in rooms and food & beverage Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests Ensuring the safety of our guests throughout the night
