Whether you're an experienced BSP or come from a strong background in the disability sector, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do As a BSP, you’ll work with adults and children in community settings, supporting them and those around them to live more empowered lives. Your role will involve: Conducting person-centred assessments and planning with NDIS participants, families and carers Developing and implementing evidence-based, positive behaviour support (PBS) plans Promoting the elimination of restrictive practices through education and practical strategies Working collaboratively to build capacity in families, carers, and support networks Acting as a role model for best-practice service delivery Being part of a multidisciplinary team with a shared mission to make a difference What’s In It for You?
