About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy pharmaceutical warehouse in Truganina. This is a night-shift position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable with being an All Rounder Storeman. Key Responsibilities Operate counterbalance forklifts and tugger Perform repetitive lifting of totes and other materials (up to 15-20kg). Sort and stack totes for dispatch and replenishment. Load/unload trucks and manage pallet movements. Conduct pre-start safety checks and report maintenance issues. Support general warehouse operations including cleaning and documentation. ✅ Requirements Valid LF Forklift Licence (Counterbalance experience essential). Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment, Physically fit - must be able to safely perform repetitive lifting and tote sorting throughout the shift. Available to work full-time night shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 pm - 6:00 am . - shift times may very depending on volume. Must be flexiable. Strong understanding of warehouse safety, hygiene standards, and attention to detail. Ability to read and follow instructions in English (batch numbers, labels, compliance logs).
