Job Title: Riggers Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Riggers for work from the 19th - 21st August and again from the 2nd - 4th September for onsite work with one of our clients in the Illawarra. Responsibilities Safely set up, repair, and dismantle rigging systems, including pulleys, winches, booms, and related equipment. Collaborate with others to ensure efficient and effective project executions. Perform inspections and maintenance on rigging equipment to ensure safety compliance and optimal performance. Identify potential hazards, implement corrective actions, and adhere to safety regulations at all times. Document rigging activities meticulously for project tracking and evaluation. Qualifications Valid White Card and proven rigging experience with certification in basic, intermediate, or advanced rigging (RIGGER-Rigger Certificate). Excellent understanding of safety standards and procedures relevant to rigging operations. Strong communication skills Physical fitness and dexterity, with the ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, standing, and climbing as required. Day-to-Day Participate in daily safety briefings and project meetings to ensure alignment with company values and project goals. Inspect rigging equipment and materials to verify suitability and readiness for daily operations. Work closely with a dynamic crew and maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and challenges.
