The Role The SharePoint & Power Platform Developer will lead the design, development, and support of Centacare’s SharePoint and Power Platform environments, delivering modern digital tools that enhance collaboration, service workflows, and organisational productivity. The role supports process automation, knowledge management, and integration with key enterprise systems while supporting data informed decision-making. The following key responsibilities will ensure you contribute to the team meeting its objectives: Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Power Automate to support internal processes and service delivery workflows. Lead the build and configuration of SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and custom workflows aligned with business needs. Work closely with business units to understand their collaboration and document management requirements and deliver tailored SharePoint Online solutions. Support integration of SharePoint Online with other enterprise systems (e.g., Financial, HR and Case Management Systems) Provide end-user support, technical troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SharePoint Online environments and Power solutions See attached position description for full details, before applying to ensure the role is right for you. What you need to bring Proven experience in SharePoint Online development, support and maintenance. Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, HTML, JavaScript and CSS Experience with SQL-based databases (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL), including data structure design and reporting. Experience with leveraging API driven integration platforms and/or workflow automation platforms to aggregate multiple data sources, improve business process efficiencies and reduce manual effort. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical end users. Demonstrated ability to document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation used to support development of the SharePoint Online environment and associated applications, automations and integrations. Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check Desirable Experience using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau for reporting and data visualisation. Experience with PowerShell scripting, particularly for SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 automation. Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Microsoft Credentials in Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
