About the Role We are seeking a visionary and compassionate leader to join our team as Director of Diverse Learning. This pivotal role leads our whole-college approach to inclusive education, ensuring that every student – regardless of background, ability or need – is supported to thrive. You will guide a team of Learning Inclusion Coordinators, Education Support Officers and LAP Coordinators. You will work closely with educators, families and senior leaders to embed inclusive practices across curriculum, pedagogy and wellbeing. Your leadership will shape strategic direction, build staff capacity and ensure compliance with national standards, all while championing a culture of equity, access and care. About You You are a passionate advocate for inclusive education, with expertise in differentiation, equity-centred practice, and strategic leadership. You bring warmth, wisdom and a collaborative spirit to your work, inspiring others to grow and innovate. You are: A strategic thinker with a growth mindset and operational agility An excellent communicator who builds trust and leads with integrity Experienced in leading inclusive education initiatives and managing change Committed to access and belonging in education You hold: Postgraduate qualifications in Inclusive Education, Disability Studies or a related field.
