Working closely with the Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer, you will contribute to the technical direction and architecture, ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new features and enhancements, ensuring the scalability and performance of services, conducting thorough testing and validation of components, documenting technical specifications and system designs, monitoring and maintaining the health and security of the systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. What you offer Proven experience as a Spring Boot Developer. Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Strong experience in cloud-based technologies. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Ability to work successfully as part of a team delivering complex engineering initiatives. Technical background in software development, including software design, and operating mission-critical microservices and platforms. Clear communication skills with both product and technology stakeholders across the organization. Familiarity with identity services and protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML) is advantageous.
