You can shape repeatable sales processes, drive significant revenue, and develop a high-performing team within a culture that values excellence, delivery, and fun! What you'll be doing: Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers. Driving the ANZ sales plan, pipeline, and revenue performance, with a focus on increasing sales velocity monthly. Delivering individual deals alongside your sales team target. Creating scalable sales processes, setting up the sales engine, sequences, automations, and performance tracking. Recruiting and ramping new sales hires to match significant growth ambitions. Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market execution. Owning key SaaS metrics (i.e. ARR from new sales) and optimising effective activities and channels. Helping to shape new sales initiatives, expansion strategies, and performance incentives. Championing a culture of excellence, delivery, and fun within the sales team. What you'll bring to the team: Strong B2B SaaS sales experience, with some sales leadership experience. A proven track record of consistently hitting targets and successfully scaling teams in high-growth environments. Being metric-driven, with a passion for data, and expertise in setting up systems and processes to scale sales performance. A hands-on leadership style, demonstrating willingness to achieve an individual sales target in addition to team targets. Demonstrated experience implementing or improving sales processes, reporting mechanisms, and playbooks.
