Want to shape technical direction and lead impactful decarbonisation projects for the built environment? We’re working with a fast-growing sustainability consultancy helping major commercial property owners decarbonise their portfolios — from strategy to design and delivery. They’re now looking for a Head of Sustainability Engineering to: Lead a team of engineers Oversee mechanical & electrical design delivery Develop bespoke decarbonisation strategies Drive building performance upgrades using IESVE & AutoCAD Manage client relationships, project resourcing, and commercial proposals Share P&L responsibility with the MD What They're Looking For: Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or similar Strong background in building services and retrofit strategies Experience undertaking M&E Building Services Designs Skilled in IESVE, AutoCAD, EPCs, and energy audits (training provided where needed) Leadership experience within a consultancy setting Confident engaging clients at a Senior Management & Executive Level Hybrid working Huge scope to shape technical direction & team culture Mission-led company driving real carbon impact Sound like you?
