Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and operations teams throughout the pre-construction process. Lead bid strategy sessions and provide recommendations to executive leadership. Maintain estimating database and historical cost information. Requirements: 5 years of estimating experience in landscape construction, site development, or related field. Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and industry pricing. Proficiency in estimating software Ability to read and interpret landscape and civil construction plans. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
