About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Officer to join our team at Elemera Australia in Perth, Western Australia. As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our people and culture initiatives, ensuring our employees have the best possible experience throughout their journey with our company. What you'll be doing Providing end-to-end HR support, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management and offboarding Assisting with the implementation and coordination of HR policies, procedures and best practices Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation Assisting with fortnightly payroll and payroll related queries Collaborating with managers to identify and address HR-related issues or concerns Coordinating and contributing to HR-related projects, such as training and development initiatives What we're looking for At least 2-3 years of experience in a HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment 1-2 years of experience in Payroll.
