We know there are a lot of jobs out there and it can be hard to find one that feels meaningful. This role is for someone who wants more than just another checklist. It is for someone who wants to genuinely make a difference and work alongside a team that cares just as much as you do. The clinic has recently moved into a bright, purpose-built space designed to really support the early intervention work you're passionate about. The therapy rooms are welcoming and calm making it easier for kids and you to feel comfortable. Plus, there are plenty of resources so you won't be left fighting for space or materials. The caseload offers a good balance, enough variety to keep things interesting and help you grow but manageable enough to avoid burnout. And beyond that, you're joining a community that values warmth, honest communication, and care that's grounded in evidence not just ticking boxes. If you're after a workplace that truly supports your professional growth, understands the importance of flexibility, and creates an environment where clinicians can really thrive, this could be the change you've been looking for. Why you'll want to work with this team: This team knows how to take care of their clinicians. Whether you're after part-time flexibility or full-time stability, they offer both, along with a caseload that's engaging, varied, and well supported. Choose full-time (38 hrs/week) or part-time (38 hrs/fortnight - Wed to Fri). Work mostly from their beautiful clinic, with just 25% mobile work (within a 25km radius). Clear, achievable expectations and low billable targets. Fortnightly 1:1 supervision with their Director (a highly experienced SPA-recognised supervisor). $2000 PD allowance each year plus 4 paid days to attend training. Remote admin support to keep your focus on therapy, not paperwork. 12% superannuation, 4 weeks annual leave, and 10 days sick leave. Team reward days every term. Think pampering, self-care and time out to recharge. Opportunity to run established group programs alongside a close OT partner. A bright, welcoming clinic space that's fully stocked and built for paeds. About you: SPA membership. Bachelor degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology. Passion for working with children and families. Blue Card and Disability Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain). First Aid and CPR certification. Willingness to apply for a Medicare Provider Number upon accepting the role. Own vehicle and driver's licence. A commitment to working within a neurodiversity-affirming framework.
