About You: You are passionate about aerial gymnastics and love working with young people and can: • Develop and deliver engaging aerial gymnastics programs for children and young adults. • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants during classes and activities. • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages skill development and confidence. • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a comprehensive fitness and recreation experience. • Act as a role model, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and respect Key Responsibilities: • Plan and conduct aerial gymnastics classes for various skill levels. • Monitor and assess participants' progress, providing constructive feedback. • Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is safe and clean. • Promote a culture of safety and inclusivity within the gym. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development. Qualifications and Experience: • Aerial Certification. • Experience in aerial gymnastics and coaching young people. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. • Technical membership with Gymnastics Australia (Desirable) Who What Y?
