Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. Handle mail distribution and coordinate courier services. Maintain a clean and organised front desk and reception area. Provide administrative support to various departments as required. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings. Update and maintain company records and databases accurately. Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Profile Previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tools.
