About You You’re an experienced and mission-focused leader who knows that effective social impact starts with strong, well-supported teams. You bring deep understanding of trauma-informed care, homelessness, and person-centred practice. With an eye for operational excellence and a heart for people, you lead with integrity, resilience, and emotional intelligence. Reporting to the Program Manager, this is a permanent part-time position, 30.4 hours per week, based in The Open Door, North Melbourne, VIC as part of the Flagstaff and The Open Door team . Participation in an on-call roster is required. Compensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 6. You will successfully Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Case Managers to deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based care to residents across multiple sites Champion best practice and drive service quality aligned with national frameworks and TSA standards Create a supportive, high-performing team culture through supervision, reflective practice, professional development, and well being support Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance outcomes for clients with complex and intersecting needs Oversee service operations, including compliance, reporting, and risk management processes You will have A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field Proven experience leading teams in the human services or homelessness sector Strong knowledge of trauma, homelessness, and systemic disadvantage A commitment to justice, inclusion, and client-centred care Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills A valid VIC Driver’s Licence and Employee Working with Children's Check Why Work With Us?
