Our National Service Centre in Clayton South is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-obsessed coordinator who’s ready to take ownership of systems, documentation, and onboarding. This isn’t a number-cruncher role. It’s a fast-paced, cross-functional position where you’ll manage onboarding, compliance, and customer accounts and still have time to dive into finance systems and business tools. What You’ll Be Doing Handle daily customer payment allocations, process subscription invoices, and keep AR/AP tasks current. Keep customer and supplier records clean — from credit apps to Greentree and NCI. Own onboarding and offboarding for NSC and mid-management staff, getting it right every time. Keep DoneSafe WHS compliance on track, chasing gaps and supporting managers. Support the smooth transition of new businesses into MM Security — contracts, gear, and services included. Maintain up-to-date work practices, MSOPs, org charts, and process checklists. Coordinate mobile phone setups, changes, and services with IT.
