Join Our Team We are seeking a Director of Finance to join the Finance Business Partner team at TELUS Health. This strategic role involves building trusted relationships across the organization, focusing on process and system improvements, and collaborating with leaders in the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will play a key role in strategic decision-making, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, including ad-hoc analyses such as business case development and pricing analysis. Responsibilities include: Leading and engaging with finance peers and team members in routine financial activities. Supporting the Asia-Pacific Employer team through communication, financial walkthroughs, and policy updates. Understanding revenue and cost drivers to influence decision-making and budget commitments. Providing leadership reports, schedules, and reconciliations for reviews. Assisting in annual strategic check and budget processes with detailed analysis. Consolidating financial results and KPIs for reporting. Supporting revenue forecasting, gross margin analysis, and sales incentive payouts. Managing expense categories including salaries, benefits, travel, and third-party costs. Supporting monthly P&L reporting, variance analysis, and day-to-day financial operations. Participating in in-year financial planning and ad-hoc analysis. Providing financial support for new initiatives, products, and potential M&A activities. Monitoring internal controls as part of the SOX program.
