Your Opportunity Permanent Full Time, travelling across, but not limited to Hills District/Lower and Upper North Shore/Northern Beaches/Greater Western Sydney/Nepean As a Community Physiotherapist, you’ll deliver tailored, in-home physiotherapy services that enhance clients’ independence, mobility, and wellbeing. Working autonomously and alongside dedicated care teams, you’ll assess 2 client needs, design therapy plans, and support goal achievement in a rewarding, purpose-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized physiotherapy care plans Deliver high-quality, in-home therapeutic interventions to optimize mobility and independence Collaborate with care teams and escalate clinical concerns as needed Mentor Physiotherapy Aides in delivering treatment plans and exercise programs Maintain accurate documentation in line with aged care legislation Promote a safe work environment by reporting risks and incidents What You’ll Bring A degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience, ideally in community or aged care settings Strong clinical knowledge and experience delivering in-home care Excellent communication, time management, and digital documentation skills A current NSW driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (with CTP and TPP insurance) Passion for improving the lives of older adults through compassionate care Why Choose Anglicare Sydney?
