Ward’s Brewery is an award winning brewpub situated in the heart of Gladstone on the Southern Great Barrier Reef. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED COOK/CHEF who is able to work on their own and has work references to support their experience. Our modern menu and kitchen offers a cook the opportunity to present their own dishes as well as follow our successful formula. The role is for an individual only, who is experienced and seeks to perform to a high standard. For the right candidate we are able to cover the 35hours required for an 88 day visa applicant. Alternatively, we are able to assist with introducing other employment to meet the hour requirements. Our small team is well travelled, fun and very professional.
