I'm working with a forward-thinking Australian EdTech company looking for a Software Developer to help drive improvements across their Moodle-based LMS and web platforms. About the Company My client is an Australian-based EdTech company providing expertly designed digital learning content and a modern, scalable LMS. They support a wide range of clients in education and training and are known for their inclusive culture, strong values, and commitment to innovation in online learning. About the Role As Software Developer, you'll play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing a suite of online learning tools and systems. Working closely with the operations and systems teams, you'll contribute to both front-end and back-end development, support integrations, and troubleshoot across Moodle. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Moodle plugins, themes, and features Manage Moodle upgrades, version control, and testing Troubleshoot technical issues and support team members across platforms Participate in site setups, integrations, and infrastructure improvements Build reports and dashboards to support internal and client needs Contribute to automation, system documentation, and best practices What You'll Need Basic knowledge of PHP, object-oriented programming, and RESTful APIs Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Must have experience with Moodle - minimum 2 years Experience with Git Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in computer science or software development How to Apply If this sounds like a fit, I'd love to hear from you.
