About the Role: Lead and inspire a large kitchen brigade in one of Sydney's busiest pubs. Design and evolve menus that hero premium seasonal produce and reflect the venue's lively coastal vibe. Oversee all kitchen operations including rostering, ordering, cost control, compliance, and hygiene. Foster a positive, professional kitchen culture through training, mentoring, and team development. Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver consistently outstanding dining experiences. About You: Proven track record as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-volume, premium hospitality environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams. Solid knowledge of cost control, stock management, and operational efficiency. Passionate about delivering high-quality food across a variety of cuisines and service styles. Highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
