This is a temp-to-perm role with consistent hours and strong team culture. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing machinery Consolidate and repack finished products Perform regular manual handling and lifting Maintain efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment What You'll Bring Previous experience operating machinery, ideally in the plastics industry, extrusion, die moulding or general Machine Operations Forklift licence is an advantage Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Full Australian working rights Details Location: Campbellfield Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Oppertunity for Afternon or Night Shift once trained is an option.
