We are on the lookout for a gun Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Mount Waverley head office. About the Role: As a Marketing Specialist, you will drive our marketing collateral, display opening program, new product launches, PR, social media calendars and email campaigns. While experience in the residential home building industry is a bonus, it's not a requirement. Ideally, you’ll bring 2-3 years’ experience in consumer marketing as well as fresh content ideas to the table while possessing a strong personal drive and sense of initiative. About You: We're in search of a versatile team member with a team-first, can-do attitude, high self-motivation, strong organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. If you have a creative flair and can manage projects from start to finish, collaborating closely with both internal and external partners to meet deadlines, that's a big plus. Effective pitching and discussion of marketing ideas and concepts within the company are essential. Multitasking is key since you'll be juggling multiple projects and deadlines, making the ability to prioritise tasks crucial.
