As the leader of this team, you’ll be responsible for supporting strategic and tactical go-to-market initiatives across digital and traditional media channels. You will lead a team of performance marketing and media specialists, working with colleagues across the Marketing ecosystem to build go-to-market campaigns and digital channel strategies that drive product consideration and customer acquisition, particularly for deposits and home loans. You will measure campaign performance and business outcomes rigorously, identifying trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimization across multiple channels and touchpoints. This will involve working closely with digital advertising platforms and internal Data & AI, Digital, and Technology teams. You will also play a key role in identifying, prioritizing, and delivering innovations as part of our growth strategy. What you offer 8 years of experience in digital advertising Deep expertise in performance marketing channels (paid search, social, programmatic media buying) within competitive markets Experience running integrated campaigns, including digital and traditional above-the-line media planning and execution A leadership style that combines doing and coaching Ability to manage large media budgets, balancing acquisition efficiency with building long-term consideration Proven experience fostering a culture of experimentation within a performance team, leveraging frameworks, tools, and systems for experiment ideation and velocity Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Datorama, and ThoughtSpot Technical proficiency across platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager A high degree of accountability for customer, brand, commercial, and risk outcomes, with great attention to detail Agency experience is valued We welcome anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
