About the Role Reporting to the Site GM, the Commercial Manager will lead the site’s finance, procurement, and stores functions, overseeing a capable and growing team. You’ll manage major capital approvals, cost control, supplier relationships, and operational commercial strategy, while playing a critical role in delivering a $100m expansion program. Key Responsibilities Lead site-based commercial, finance, and procurement functions, Manage capital projects and discretionary spend (~$30m), Oversee monthly reporting, forecasting, and cost reviews, Build strong supplier relationships and accountability, Support strategic decision-making in a lean, empowered team environment. About You Strong mining operations and commercial experience, Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior decision-making, Skilled in capital project evaluation and cost optimisation, Comfortable working with evolving systems and processes.
