You’ll support her at home and in the community, join in her favourite activities (cat cafés, shopping, art, baking), and include her three beloved cats in daily routines. Your Role: Support her at home and in the community Engage in her hobbies and interests (yes, that includes trips to cat cafés and the zoo!) Provide companionship, encouragement, and gentle guidance Help build life skills and independence Include her cats in daily routines and activities Support with financial management, including day-to-day spending and budgeting guidance Experience & Skills: Medication assistance, mental health support, autism, behaviour support, and financial management Support with daily living tasks, emotional regulation, and community engagement Person-centred approach to help her live her best life Certificates & Licences Required: NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR Certificate Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent Australian Driver’s Licence and fully insured vehicle Pay Rates (SCHADS Award B2.1 – Casual): Base hourly: $43.23 Afternoon shift (ends 8pm–midnight, Mon–Fri): $47.55 Active night shift (after midnight or before 6am, Mon–Fri): $48.41 Saturday: $60.52 Sunday: $77.81 Public holiday: $95.10 Why Work with Nextt?
