What We're Looking For Comprehensive Pilates certification, including mat and Reformer (additional specialty certifications highly regarded). 1 years' teaching experience, ideally with a focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate clients. Excellent presentation and a commitment to excellence. Optional: Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field. Familiarity with Pilates studio management software (e.g., MyWellness) is a plus.
